Converting Painkiller's BIK Movie Files to WMV or AVI format.

I'd like to burn the Mech video that's included in my Painkiller Gold disc and watch it on a regular DVD player. I see the file in the Painkiller\Data\Movies folder, but the BIK format doesn't appear to be compatible with any of my media players. Can this Black Sabbath-reminiscent project's video possibly be converted to a format that permits me to view it on Windows Media Player, and if it can, then would someone please explain to me how to do so?
I'd appreciate it.

...and once you've installed this freeware you can convert bik in any other format with this tool.
