Why do you need a no CD because of low hard drive space...?
There is no crack available for 1.64 as far as I know, perhaps the 1.61/1.62 one works with 1.64.

Guys, Cynical is right: Gold Edition and Black Edition don't need any CD to put into the drive after the install. The Black Limited Edition doesn't need a CD either. I have the GE installed recently (yes, original), and I like that feature... So Cynical doesn't need to proof anything, and Guys, You shouldn't state such things without knowing/having the editions...
But PK+BOOH indeed needs the CD. Earlier those were installed at me (yes, also originals), and I didn't like that, so I downloaded a no-CD fix from somewhere... Now I like the GE, because I don't need any fix and it doesn't need a CD into my drive, just for playing...
To answer the initial question: yesterday I saw a no-CD fix somewhere for version 1.64 (it was released in September of 2005), although a fix for 1.62 also works fine. But I'm sorry, I can't help with it here...
