Electrofrag with 100HP/200Armor

... this happend last Time when Artas and i played Cursed. He just got the GA but i killed him with Electrogun in 3 Sec.
I have to explain why (do i have to?):

1.) It happend in Closecombat on Eye to Eye Range (verry close)
2.) Artas Ping is 120, my is 60 (i make 2x more Damage by Ping)
3.) Artas FPS are 60, my are 125 FPS (i make 2x more Damage by FPS)
4.) If U get hit by Electrogun dont move forward or backward, just sidestep or sidejump

Its normal to kill someone who has 100/200 in 3 seconds with electro...remember electro's damage is esponential (dunno if thats the correct word) so if you mantein the beam on the enemy the damage increase increase increase :]]

The maximum HP in MP is 250 but: use the Electrogun and U get 255 maximum HP.
Use Electro in CTF to a Teammate (with teamdamage 0) ...
U have 100HP ... (with enough Batterie) U will get 255HP...

I didnt know about the FPS and ping thing but the pk netcode is really not perfect so it could be true :]]

Its just a Feeling i didnt looked much in the *.lua.
The Netcode (the Netcode 1.5) is now 1Year old.
Please:
The Game can much more! Shaftcombo worked in 1.00 without any Lag!
Im sure the Flamethrower will work too!!

I have more Ideas ... is it possible to have Teams in TLB? So the TLB is a one Man Team and the Rest are the other Team? With votable Teamdamage?

How come you did it in MP?
You mean you can play with others in MP and your weapons statistics can differ from other players, or do all of them have to have your patch?

Its a MOD, Artas. And its pure Trust and Believe, that noone will use this on official Servers.
I never would say that anybody will use any change config in Painkiller but (serious) Painkiller need a Cheatprotection like Punkbuster ...

Lower the damage!
Not the range, please. With the lowered range now everyone will use it in the infights.
