Welcome to the forum. I believe you mean the infamous Colloseum Pit Jumps. The bad news is that there are 3 not 2. The good news is that Kalme has a video tutorial at http://www.kalme.de/painkiller/index.php/content/view/40/30/. Even I managed to do it following this and I'm rubbish at jumping.
