im trying to play the game but it doesn't even start up after i click i the icon. i heard somewhere in the forums that i have to deinstall the drivers because i have a nvidia board so im a little confused. can anyone explain a little more!

If you're using the nVidia hardware firewall, turn it off (XP's 'wall works just fine). You may or may not have to re-install either drivers, the game itself (save your saves), or both. I don't know why, I just remember reading this here somewhere...

U cant connect to MP? Or just the game dont start?
What OS do U running? XP or Linux?
What hardware have Ur PC (not a Laptop?)
Wich Version is the Game 1.00 or last 1.64 patch?
How U patched?

I think that the issue has to do with the nVidia firewall drivers. Try uninstalling these, and see what happens.
