yo i swear this game is some bs its not even done and it doesnt do anything for mages like robes and special items for us and even half the spells dont working this getd me efffin mad

Admittedly I was surprised to see that there were no robes like you might expect. Especially since all the NPC mages have cool robes :(
However, I haven't seen that many spells that don't work. The Celestial spell Dispell Undead does nothing visible, whether in combat with some zombies or not. Try using the arcane spells, they all work.

try updating to 1.4 then everything will work just fallow the instructions in the Unofficial German 1.4 to English Mod Readme post

When you cast a spell that is too high for your level it can / will fail. Example a 3rd level Mage casting a 5th level magic spell.

DL does a poor job of documenting this.

i've cast dispel undead at skellies and wraiths with success. Haven't actually casted at zombies though, as I picked fighter/knight as my secondary class line; With only two there, it's not much trouble to just hit them for me.

Spirit/intervention spells also work, they just don't work everywhere. Odd.
