I just got Painkiller Black DVD version of the game and i installed it with all the new patches, nvidia drivers etc. The game however, without suffering loss of frames runs in a very glue-like slowmo that is very annoying to play with. I ran the demo and it worked fine. I would like to know how to fix this problem because I dont want to have wasted 30 dollors and a game that isnt enjoyable to play.

What's your system spec?
It's probably due to an overloaded video card. Go into the in-game video options and turn off 'bloom', 'coronas', 'warp', and 'character shadows', and see what that does.

It would be more enjoyable if you would lower graphics settings, the slow motion is loss of frames, I like slowmo better than slideshow.
