Painkiller & BooH v1.64 bugs

I have been collecting a little list about PK & BooH bugs that still exist in the latest official release v1.64

I know that it ain't perfect so I ask for help on this subject. So tell me about bugs that you have experienced and I will add them to the list. :)

i think the problem may be installing booh into painkiller[which i have never done].
separate installs is the only way to go.
