Hi! how can i defet the first boss in chapter 3 ? I have try all option, he seems to be impossible to kill. any1 know how to defet him ? pls help.

Do you mean chapter 1 level 3? The catacombs? If so you look over the fire pit in the roof you will see a star or pentagram shape. Shoot it and sunlight comes in. You then have to lure the boss into the light and as he is a vamp it kills him. Check out the vids at http://www.painkillerhell.com you will see how to defeat bosses and find secrets. :)
