Last night I concluded La Reconquista Campaign as Mexico refighting the Mexican War by taking over the 10 states that made up Texas, the Mexican Cession & the Gadsen Purchase.
even though it took until the year 2100 before we were strong enough to challenge the US I had a 2 million man infantry, 20,000 Land, 7200 Air all trained to Elite status, 1,500 nukes divided as follows 1,000 7th generation El Clase del Cid Campeador & 469 9th generation El Clase de Virigin de Guadalupes in addition to Missile Defense. unfortunately I could merely deploy a 175 ship navy also trained to Elite as well. as sweet as that victory was I could've used more boats including 10 Aircraft Carriers; 8th gen El Clase de Almirante Colon to bombard Los Angeles & San Francisco as well as Houston,Texas in the same fashion that Commodore Stockton plastered Monterey in the real Mexican War.
even though I managed to crank out everything and it showed up on the deployment board what happend to the navy? even though the manual said that all I had to do was put them in the Gulf of Mexico or the Pacific Ocean off the Mexican coast. I had experience with SP1 with no problems.
I have a 2001 HP Pavilion 7965 which has a 1.7GHz proc, 512MB of PC100 memory,a 128MB Nvidia GeForce FX5200 video card running the original drivers.
I also have a 80GB 7200rpm Western Digital HD & a Lite-on 832SOHW DVD burner which was running SP2 & I aso have the v.1.4 upgrade which I also installed.
so what am I doing wrong?
any solution to this will be highly appreciated by a passionate gamer, political junkie & historian
