For all Customers playing “Saddle up Time to Ride” that are having a problem completing the Horse grooming section of the game more than likely don’t meet the minimum requirements.

The easiest way to check your specifications is to:

1. From your Windows desktop, click on the Start button and then Run...

2. In the Run dialog box, type "dxdiag" without the quotes and click the OK button.

3. The DirectX Diagnostic Tool will appear.

4. View the Display tab located on the top of the diagnostic window.

If your card name comes up as; Intel, SIS, S3, Pro savage, or Trident this is more than likely what the problem is. The only way to resolve this issue would be to purchase a video card.

For more information regarding video cards feel free to contact our technical support department at (416) 638-1170

Hi,

I have a dual core Intel processor @ 3GHz with 2GB of memory and am running an NVIDIA 8800 GTX. My computer definately meets the "minimum" requirements and more, I'm easily running this game w/ 16 x AF and 16 x SSAA while I run other programs. But even if I turn everything down and run nothing I am constantly running into this horrible bug that destroys my horses. I am completely unable to finish cleaning the horse, I can get 99% of the way there but can not finish. If I can't finish I can't take the horse out of the stable and can't use the horse for any competitions/training.

So what do I do now? There is not any way for me to upgrade my computer any further....
