SP2 Expansion?

I have some great ideas for changes in the SP2 game. You guys are on the right track, but with some additional changes the game will be even better.

Re-awake the ghost of SP2 and get ppl to understand global situations better thru learning and gaming experience.

There are already mods out that make changes or add to the game. Look in my signature: that's mine. v1.4beta adds rebels, but still needs a lot of additions (which is, I guess, why it's a beta :p)
