Following Barinsky?

I'm stuck where I have to follow Barinsky the second time after he answered the first phone call in the guard room.How do I get to the chief room without getting caught?

This is a tough mission, the trick is to kill the guard near the electrical room and hide his body in there.... then hide in Barinsky's closet.

There is also way in which you do not need to dispose the guard to hear conversation inside that room.

If you look upwards before the room, you will see that there are holes in walls on both sides of the corridor and there are also several pipes connecting those holes.

If you get on the pipes, you can get into the room. Path to the pipes can be found in this area of the level.

The dialogue should start even if you are on the pipes and close to the wall of the room, you do not need to be within the office.

Yeah, but if you just stay outside of the office, you'll have to kill the guard anyway to get to the next part, plus you miss a bunch of files which are in the office.
