I can't get the door to the medical lab open, I have knocked everybody out and can't find out how to get door open

Hey, you don't need to open the door. You just need to carry Sonya to the door, and the level ends. I had the same problem - I had dropped Sonya to keep her safe and take out the guard at the door., then the door was locked. I tried everything, then I just picked up Sonya and walked to the door and the level ended.
