Hey all i am stuck

hey all i am stuck on the mission destination sonya... my problem is two fold first i cant seem to find the door that ur supposed to get thru before it closes and two i cant seem to get past the guards. and their doesnt seem to be any walkthoughs for this game.. does anyone have any suggestions on how to get past this section??
