Hello, I've just finally got Pain Killer.

Now all you've got to do is collect all the tarot cards, find all the secrets, beat it on Trauma and five-star it ... and then you can start BooH :D .

Now all you've got to do is collect all the tarot cards, find all the secrets, beat it on Trauma and five-star itHow come no one ever says no scratch it? Even on Nightmare it's quite a challenge. The patience, caution and stealth required to achieve it can also help you find the ultimate defensible positions of attack. Then there's going for mass amounts of extra gold too, by juggling the coins out of 'em. The latter involves yet another challenge, finding ways to take on enemies one at a time, which in itself can be very difficult and require innovative methods of attack in some cases.

Not really extra, but take note of the combo fire mode most of the weapons have. When used in the right places they can be not only devastaing but save you from being damaged. Lastly I will mention one of the most overlooked but fun extra curricular challenges in PK, finding shortcuts, especially those that allow you to still take on all enemies, but from different approaches.

To find shortcuts you should be able to know the physics of the game pretty good i think :)
