There's been a few posts about the PK storyline lately. Let's face it, the story was not one of PK's strong points :) . That said, all the anomalies kept bugging me. Why were the locations in different times and places? What were Demons doing in Purgatory? Why was a demon, Alastor, leading Satan's armies and not an Angel? And, far from least, how could Daniel do all this stuff?!
So, I came up with my own ideas about what was happening. I decided to write them down. Since I know more about cinema than literature, I've spent the last few months, on and off, writing a film script.

I did this purely for fun. The chances of it going any further are as close to nil as makes no difference. But I thought I'd publish it to the forum as a bit of fan literature.
If you're bored enough to look, I need to give a few warnings. Firstly, it's a real script and so the format is a little odd. I hope it's readable, though. Secondly, it's quite long - the right length for a script but it's not a short story :) . Thirdly, I've taken quite a few liberties with some of the characters, places and situations. I've made it fit in more closely to Judao-Christian writing. Consequently, there are new characters, as well as those you know, and some characters in unexpected roles. Lastly, I've added a happy ending because I like happy endings :D .
I've also allowed the Painkiller to do something that I've always wanted it to do in the game. I hope you approve :) .
Of course, if anyone from DC reads this and they feel like giving me a free option to market the thing, I'd be delighted. Think of all the money you'll make selling the rights to a big production company. Hmmm ...
