Removing PK & BooH

In order to make some room can I remove both PK and BOOH without losing all the patches?

Im not sure i get Ur question. But actualy everything in Ur installationfolder will be deleted.
So better backup Ur patches, savegames, recordings, screenshots and custom maps before uninstalling.

Well, if you have a burner you could all ways back up the patch's and saved games onto a CDR. This way you have every thing you will need if you reinstall Painkiller later.

Once you uninstall the game, the patches are uninstalled also. But I would recommend the actual patches you downloaded to keep in a handy place for when you want to install the games again.
