Hello, i have a problem:

I start a LAN server , but in the other machine when i want to join
this message appear:

""Net error: Failed Challenge Authentication!!
A hack Job, Perhaps? ""

U have 2 different CD-Keys? U need 2x painkiller to join Ur own server from a different PC.

Yes, i have two differents cd keys, i don´t know whats happens

Are U starting the server (listed) in the gamemenue (requires gamespy)?
Or is it a (dedicated) server? Started outside of PK in a smal serverwindow.

Is the firewall open?

close your firewall and try
