hi guys i'm new here and need to ask a question, how do i add the skills, attributes ,or i'm i reading this wrong when blue line fills up,you lvl up and can add to your skills,attributes,well my blue line is full and cant seem to find what to do next,thanks for any help..........hope this is not a dum question thanks guys
