trouble getting past the guard room

Help! I've tried everything, or at least I think I did. I am stuck with Sonya outside the security door to the servers. She says to go to the guard room to open manually. the game prompts me to go to the guard room, once I get there I get no prompts to switch anything. The terminal has no prompts either. I can't get the door open---what am I missing???:mad:
