No Game sound

when i install pk the game is fine then i install battle out of hell exp and the game sound stops working movies and intros are fine but no sounds in options or in the game. any fix for this? i reinstalled 3 times and i am patched 1.64.

Have U applyed before 1.64 patch the 1.61 and 1.62 patches too? Do U use a soundcard or onboardsound? Wich one (brand)? And are the sounddrivers up to date?
