Can't launch game & bug submission doesn't work.

Two problems:

1. When launching the game, I get two dialog boxes: "Entry point not found" and "unhandled exception". Screen shots: http://img104.imageshack.us/img104/1403/errorsep6.gif ...

2. Sending report button failed from http://www.fileplanet.com/promotions/genesisrising/bugsubmit.aspx to http://gsservice1.gamespy.com/scripts/ttcgi.exe ... SeaMonkey v1.0.7 said: "Connection Interrupted. The document contains no data. The network link was interrupted while negotiating a connection. Please try again." I tried last night and this morning.


Any ideas? Thank you in advance. :)

You need to patch the game manually. Please find other posts on this forum where this process is explained. The beta game version you have dowloaded from FilePlanet is 1.5 and you need to patch it from 1.5 to the latest version.

I got http://www.metamorfstudios.com/gr_patches/gPatch_Beta_1.5_1.76.ddt and stuck it in my G:\g\bin\ ... The game launched. I didn't play it yet.

Also, how come the bug submission didn't work?
