i experience similar speed issues in singleplayer as some dualcore users described them in here.

HOWEVER

my cpu is:

as you can see, its a standard 939 venice 3200+


and advice for me?

additional system specs:
gf7 7600gs
1024mb ram

nevermind ... just disable cool and quiet so your core voltage is stable ... doesn't make any sense to me, but whatever ...

It makes and it's the same problem with the most Notebooks with the same feature. Nonstable core voltage means nonstable CPU power with the result of different performance.
It works like a try of this feature to minimize your CPU-performance... during a FPS? ;)
