Offical status thread of progress of 1.4 no cd patch

Ok id like this to be the offical communications thread from dreamcatcher programmers etc tat are apparently working on a patch as quickly as possible to keep us informed of its progress an estimated eta etc, id like DC comments updates etc not so much forum mods we would like to be kept in the loop and my tech support mail remains unanswered nearly 4 days now times a ticking please be polite and reply to us instead of sweeping us away

slight edit for those of us that paid via gamestop and other sites to download the game we are legal owners we paid our money we want a working patch just like cd owners

yet another technical support mail sent also regsitered the game again for warranty not even a single email response
this is getting lame anyone home at DC hello knock knock common sureley u are still selling this game in an bugged and unfit state to play via the pay for download sites and pepole are upgrading getting the cd issue popping up and youre company and all its titles are getting very bad publicity.

This does not look good fix it quikcly and respond to my private message please

they are purposely ignoring us. I do not know what the problem is, why do they not just reply and tell us what is wrong? Why do they not give a heads up on how the patch is going...

why the silence no heads up no reply to tech support no reply to emails private messageing and all the other things i can think of i guess its not their lateast product genesis rising and therefor its not important to them is all i can guess at

we can continue to ask for this patch that is what. Common guys genesis isnt hte be all and end all youre products are making u money all we want is a working patch for the payed for download version of superpower 2 if things dont get moving ill be mailing ebgames informing them of the current issues and asking them to consider stop selling it until it can be patched - something about them needing to issue a lot of refunds and getting a bad rep for selling the buggy version 1.0 version.

edit on the last one finish date would be useful. Total level of communication from dreamcatcher to my emails well lets just say 5-6 days later im stil lwaiting for a reply this is pretty unacceptible but then again SP2 is an old title that makes em no money so why support it i think just about wraps up a few of our furstrations.

DC guys feel free to pull youre fingers out of ya arses and give us some communicatgion that is if youre not to busy with whatever time wasting u lot get up to cause youre not earning youre wages on this one

rofl they just don't care about it they have other games to work on and it wasn't exactly a top seller so they could careless and give it as small a support that they can give, to at leased say "oh yea we do have a team here on it while :D the whole time".
