Hello all what the heck gives with the pathetic tech support, patching abilities and general busines operations of dreamcatcher seriously its a wonder anyone buys their games

Come on! The game is great, if you would just do the minimum and fix the games bugs for ALL games (including downloads) then you would be my favorite company! I mean you need to listen to your customers instead of ignore them! Come on any great company is based on a strong fanbase!

its a good company that is being let down by its own lack of staff, lack of tech support lack of basically good customer service. Oh well we might have some progress tomorrow

what im after is a response

(DC guy) ok ollobrains we expect the patch to be finished in 3-5 days we will let u know on the forums and keep u updated
(ollobrains) thankyou for taking the time to keep us updated on the progress of this patch
(DC guy) no problem we have also promplty answered youre technical support email with a workaround for our dodgy programming on the 1.4 cd patch - u can do xyz to use youre downloaded gamestop/ebgames etc version at level 1.4

Instead we have

(ollbrains-presidente and others) wtf 1.0 cant upgrade to 1.4 as we dont have the patch that works with it
(DC) no response total silence sorry stfu we dont give a **** rats arse cause well u suck
(ollobrains) right im going to lobby the download sites ( ebgames etc) to stop selling this unsupported dodgy product

Come on people! Please tell us how it goes! At least tell us how long for the patch to be finished. Or contact us, because I am getting pissed! come on! I paid $20 for this game! I expect it to actually work! The website said it is a FULLY FUNCTIONING Superpower 2 game. However without the game many functions do not work properly or at all, so this is a lie and we should be able to legally sue you for this! I mean you put falsified information!

president mmmm i wouldnt go that far - they put out a product that is buggy on download but DC have a point when they say the CD version is fit for use ie u can patch the cd version to 1.4 so they have put out a working product

it however is not fully functioning the thing they should do is pull all download sites perhaps ie those that they sell thro ie gamestop.com - ebgames etc. Until they can patch it sure it might mean they dont make a few sales but at the very least they dont get any more frustrated customers calling upon them to make the game work

Theres been no communication on this thats the most frustrating part. anyway DC lets pull the finger out and let us know and get working on the patch for the paid for download version - get it out quickly and we are satisifed customers and well ill be satisifed
