Problems.

Hello.

I have some big problems with my game...first of all, when I killed the first boss, the game froze for a while and I couldnt see the cinematic nor my result screen. I browsed through these forums, and downloaded RADtools.
I checked in the movie folder ; everything's ok.

now, the biggest problem. I am battling the swamp boss (chapter 2, level 6)
and all of a sudden, the game shuts down and I get this ''script error'' message.

so... I now have 3 options.

1. Go and change my game for another one (warranty is still active)
2. Download the patches
3. Uninstall, then re-install it

Some questions:
- the game is unpatched, so its 1.00?
- or is it the Gold Edition stream version (or CD/DVD and if so wich version/edition again)?
- resolution Ur playing?
- what kind of hardware and drivers do U have?
- OS?

P.S.:
- how much time left to return the game (actualy no problems known with the CD/DVD version the first print of the limited special black edition)

If Ur game is unpatched its the first thing i would do (1.61 + 1.62 + 1.64). OK because im from germany and its 3:47 AM here i thing i go to bed. Checking in tomorrow .. erm today again. Good luck.

yeah i forgot to precise this...
I am running PK : Black edition on DVD

-My version of the game is 1.6
-my resolution is 1280 X 1024
- My comp is running windows XP : media center edition, 1.99 Ghz, 960 mg of
RAM, 250 Gb hard drive, 1.0 Gb memory

and to return the game I think i have a week or so ; I need to check.

Second:
Not sure but maybe you have to disable sound acceleration in your settings of your DirectX diagnose tool (START > execute > dxdiag > enter)
