"real ending" after THE TOWER level on trauma?

I saw what I'm guessing is the "real ending" to Painkiller (V 1.64) after collecting all the tarot cards (all but one on nightmare, then the last in THE FOREST) and killing Alastor in THE TOWER.

Is this the correct behavior? It seems like I should have had to complete the game in hell.

I noticed after I complete THE TOWER, an auto-save was created for CITY ON THE WATER, but when I try to load it, I only go back to the map with the last chapter still locked.

powermad is neat.

The configurator crashes, but I don't need to change any keys, so it's fine.

"Failed to initialize" aparently a few other people have had this problem with powermad.

For the configurator Ur will need the N.E.T. Framework 1.1 and/or 2.0. ;)
I think its also mentioned in the readme wich is in the PowerMad installation folder.
