im back am happy with the resolution. Have nothing more to say have emailed tech support do hope they respond quickly instead of taking their time but a good conclusion

I sent a email to them and got a email back you just have to wait and be patient you will get one don't worry about.

No they are still working on the patch for the download game, however if they contact you they will offer to send you a CD version of the game for free shipping and all included for your "inconviniences" with the download game...
