game problems

on one of my quests to get into arindale i needed to go get a mark well i got to the tower and i killed the shade but when my character trys to go up the second ladder when he gets to the top he just keeps going like theres still more to climb and i can't get to the top. what should i do any suggestions?:confused: :(

u must have that big brute for your character. He can't fit thru the hole to the roof. u will have to go all the way around.
U may as well make a dash to the island to get the stone that allows u to activate the portals. get in and out fast, the blue lions are dangerous.

thats not the tower i'm at itsthe tower past the gate to arindale to the right theres no other way up but those 2 ladders wat should i do

to get the mark, u have to get to the roof and click on the pedestal in the center of the roof.
If the character that u created in the biggest of the races, dumb fighter type, he can NOT get thru the hole to get on to the roof. The developers goofed up. without the mark, the gates will NOT open to the elven tree town.
So, u will have to go around, along the water, to get to Arindale.
Also, u may as well get the stone to activate the portals. It is on the big island in the big lake and the island is filled with blue lions. U may need to kill one for a stone it usually drops for another quest.
because of this bug, i never played the big dumb fighter race guy.
