How long should techsupport for new patch take

A couple of questions for tech support regarding the new patch

Ive emailed from a hotmail account which is my primary email how long should a email response take regarding the 1.4 download patch should we wait a week before trying again or should i if i dont hear from tech support which sadly im still waiting on an original reply from nearly 2 weeks ago. Should be send another mail every 2-3 days or wait a week between if we dont hear back from the DC tech support crew ?

Ya I e-mailed them just...I'd say one minute ago and I'm curious if they will respond, and when, too. I e-mailed them also Monday. So I'm still waiting from a response to that. And so I hope that this can be a thing of the past, when I get the patch. I am sorry Dreamcast, I threatened to sue you and report you to the BBB (Better Buisness Bureau).
