Superpower 2 Digital Download Patch Timeframe!!!!

The Administrator of the site told me 2-3 weeks. So ya. 2-3 weeks...thats half long...I guess.

have been in contact with tech support sent them my receipt number from the download purchase and also a mailing address and the superpower cd is in the post ( all free postage and cd)

so hats off to dreamcatcher and yes 2-4 weeks seems to be timeframe for patch so yes might take 2-3 days to get a response but dreamcatcher are on the ball

look at it this way i get the cds i can patch it even if the patch hasnt come thro and the good people upon recieving order details for the download version shipped the cds and free postage all the way round the world im satisfied

u did send them an email not via the tech support bit on the main dreamcatacher forum but the sticky thread post and mail them direct with youre main email account to the email address given. This guy is handling it direct.

Ive had contact and am satisifed with the outcome good luck to u to either that or the patch should be out in a week or two so all good

Yes, I have contacted the support on the sticky, 4 times now, last time, yesterday...

what email provider are u using they may have youre email provider on spam protection ( could be why)

i used hotmail. Also provide youre receipt number and mailing address as proof of purchase a few emails back and forward over a few days and i had the cd in the post. Still hasnt arrived but europe to australia ill give it a month or two ( post is bad)

There is a known issue with a download version of Super Power 2. There is a patch being worked on to fix this issue, if you would prefer we can mail you the retail CDs for the game in the interim. If you are interested in the retail CDs please include your contact information so that we may mail you the disks directly.

I now too am waiting for this patch....

Why is it dreamcather always seems to have problems with software?

I was looking forward to playing this game and I can't even play because the joshua.exe keeps crashing.
