Installation problems

I am trying to install Cold War but the second CD will not take. An error comes up which says " The file setup-2.bin could not be located in E:/. Please insert the correct disk or select another folder". Please help. Thanks (chik)

Is there support available here? If not, can someone direct me. I did pay for this game and thus I expect at least a response if not a solution! :confused:
