cerebral mission

Now I fight about 1 hour in this level, but the ships from the cerebrals will never end. Now I give it up. I think this can only be a bug, or the developer of this game are totally crazy!!
This level isn`t normal. I don`t understand how some people can get through this game?
I have not a big problem with the fight itself, but with a fight longer than 1 hour??? without saving??

You have to kill all three ships within 20seconds. My tactiscs was to freeze two and concentrate on the third. But not destroy it, just damage it.

Then freeze it and damage another one. And finally kill them all. Hope this helps you.

How I can get this information abot this 20 seconds?
There is nothing in the mission description and that´s would be really very hard!

I think I read it somewhere. It may not be exactly 20 seconds, but you have to kill those ships really fast. Otherwise they will respawn as you have already found out.

think i did the cycle twice and got bored

by that time the 3rd mission with pirates that attack the cerebrals, theyd weaked the three motherships significantly.

so i thought what the hell i can take them down,

freeze all three then attack on 3 squads of 2 ships.
keep them frozen out.
when all three are dead they don't respawn just give up.

there is another way

you put 3 ships full of genesis and you go in a corner of the map, at a long distance of the cerebral

you fire twice on each of their ship, and missile runs, you attack with the other ships them

during the fight, genesis missile came to help you and when the 3 cerebrals ships are destroyed, their came back and give you the information

no need to help them

Hello everyone, I am a new player on this game and unfortunately I am stuck on the fax chance brother mission i have defeated the defiance villains and dont know what to do from there i tried killing everyone and that didnt help either what am I missing help help help:confused: :eek:

I've got the same problem with the cerebral mission, Just get stuck in a endless loop. Protect altar, destroy 20 convoy ships, help cerebrals. Even let the hostiles destroy the altar and let the convoy thru. It says go back and talk to the cerebrals after both those but the endless loop just keeps going and you can't talk to them.

From what I'm reading it sounds like I have to destroy the cerebrals? Is that correct?

I gave that a try and it worked so I was good to go after that and got thru the game, got two of the three (no spoiler ;)) but could not get the third. I'll try your tips on that as it seems I had too many high powered ships to get that last one. :p
One thing I did learn from your link (Thanks) is that there are extra missions (did not even notice that) so I guess I'm firing the game back up tonite maybe. :D
