Access Key doesnt work

wat the hell!?! it says its authenticated or something but then it says unknown access key. wat am i doing wrong? how exactly do i type in the key? or is it just this game being buggy again.

You have to type in your CdKey with dashes, in form of XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX
