Can't reach Trauma difficulty...

Hi,

I'm playing a Nightmare level game and have collected all 23 cards... yet when I kill Lucifer I am not offered the chance to play at Trauma difficulty. What am I doing wrong?

U have to sign a new pact. (Keep Ur money). And be prepared for no quicksaves and no souls.

Load your current game. esc to the menu. sign the pact.

and if you are doing the 5 star challenge you might want to make sure that you have what you need in all the levels, as they are harder in trauma, and you can't do the last set of levels
