1.4 Patch Under Windows VISTA 32BIT

Hi,
I changed OS to windows Vista.
I installed the game from the CD, and tried to apply the patch but it won't work!
it says:

C:\Users\Xenocide\DOWNLO~1>sp2upgradev1.4.international.sfx.exe
This program must be run under Win32

I tried running it under all compatability mods with no success.
I'm screwed...

I spend hundreds on dollars on Vista and now I need to revert back to XP :(

You could always dual boot your system to play SP2 until this is resolved. You could partition yourself 10gb of space for a Windows XP install and just use it for games you can't play on Vista.
