still freezing

:mad: played game last year.patched,ran great.re-installed d/l.game keeps freezing.cannot even shut off game with ctrl,alt,del.only difference is i added sp2.i have win xp pro.help please:)

You aren't running anything else like Windows messenger that pops up boxes, are you? DL is notoriously alt-tab UNfriendly, and doesn't handle background processes very well ...
