I recently bought DLCE. I installed the 3 discs and when I go to launch screen turns black for a mili second and nothing. I have tried the sites solutions and still nothing. WHATS UP?!?! what a crock store won't take back because it was opened.( back ground dell dimension desktop plenty of hard drive space running XP0 this happen to any one else any fixes?

Check the System Requirements on the game packaging, then check them all against your PC Specs, especially the Video Requirements. I'll take a guess here and say that you're probably lacking a supported Video Card.

I tinkered with the video card settings and found that when I DISABLE VSync, DLCE hangs in the menus.
When VSync is ENABLED, the game runs smoothly.
