Painkiller movie problems

When I start this game the opening "ads" stutter, video and sound, then when I try to start a new game the opening FMV stutters the same way. I haven't gotten very far because I really want to watch the FMV so I don't know if any of the other movies will stutter as well. I would really appreciate any help with this.

We would need some informations about your hardware...

Besides of this you'll find the movies in your PK folder
...\Painkiller\Data\Movies\... and with the extension *.bik you can play them standalone with the "The RAD Video Tools" player. (Freeware)
