Why is this game like this?

Could someone please explain to me why this game so hard? I cannot get passed the Carvan mission, it IS IMPOSSIBLE, THERE IS NO WAY TO get ENOUGH SHIPS TO DEFEND AGAINST THE WAVE OF ATTACKS, and no time to repair, that come at you....i mean i spent money on a game to have fun not be aggravated...whats the deal?

How about designing games that are not so hard to play?

I agree, i have not been able to defeat the caravan level. No matter if i get the nucklear genetic attachment from the cy-breed or not. How do you get past it.
Must all of my ships be equiped with invade and try and invade the entire fleet that attacks me or what.

I used the Drake gene on my mothership. Just loaded it with all Drake genes and just kept firing at the thing. That didn't hurt it enough so I put Drake genes on all of my ships and had them just send volley after volley at the cargo ship. The ships following the cargo ship ignored me cause I was so far out of range. The thing died JUST before entering the other portal too lol.

I do agree though like the 3rd or 4th mission you have to obtain the secret weapon gene. Forgot the name the spider looking one. Anyways, that mission was fricken hard lol Its so hard ot beat the groups of other ships. I know you distract them with something at the other stations and then attack the lone ship.

My problem was I had destroyed the statiosn and the ships hadn't left yet lol. You can't take 4 ships and kill all of the like 8 ships there. When I use the Drake gene to kill those ships by firing from my base, I destroy the special ship with the area effect. There jsut isn't enough blood or a high enough limit cap for ships.

Compared to how it seemed...this game sucks.

The game "sucks" because you didn't fully utilize your brain to think of a more appropriate strategy? I must say that is a first to me. Practice makes perfect and if you don't think enough you won't be able to come up with a solution...

I agree the map and mission were incredibly hard, but there is now an option in v 1.044 to make the campaign Easy, Medium, or Hard mode. Maybe i suggest dropping to Easy mode to come up with a strategy in the higher-level modes?

Anyhow, glad you got through it. Don't give up!

maybe you there was no need to defeat anyone... just to teleport to factory to destroy it

yes, some games are very difficult, but i don't care that weather i wii win of the game, i only enjoy the happiness during course of the game.
