No I don't know Fatal1ty well. No we don't hang out.
We had an event at my son's High School Friday night. The XFX team (www.xfxteam.com) came buy and they brought Fatal1ty with them. The XFX team played 5v5 and 1v1 CS:S against the students. They were great.
We had 24 hrs. notice that Fatal1ty would come along so I brought my PC's so he could do a Quake 4 shootout with the students (went over real big) and at the end of the evening I showed him OD multiplayer demo.
His jaw dropped when I told him no stakes.

As most ppl know some pros are still playing PK:OD because of this SK tourney.

I doubt Fat is. He had never seen OD before I showed it to him on my PC's.

be held at the end of november. We invited experienced Painkiller players, skilled FPS gamers and maybe we will even have one or two suprises.
During the next weeks we are going to announce the full list of players. But be sure: You will know all of them!
The tournament mode is not clear yet, maybe groups, maybe Single-Elimination or something else. As soon as it is definite we will let you know!
The big question is now: Who will play? Stay tuned!
So letīs see who are these two suprises... ;) I think vo0 will play since he has played PK some weeks ago... (http://www.dreamcatchergames.com/forums/showthread.php?t=31910) and he was invited for a German TV gaming show to do a show match in PK:OD (but he unfortunately had no "time" for this).
On the other hand Fatal1ty is on his Euro tour (http://www.fatal1ty.com/news/default.aspx?type=DN&ID=136). Perhaps I will see him in Berlin as he will stay here for two days.
In an video interview he said that there is a possibility to see him playing active again. So let's wait.. time will tell.

Not sure what the joke is or what Fatal1ty's future plans are but I do know he "Acted" like he was seeing OD for the first time when I showed him it. We warmed up on Blink and he was surprised it didn't have stakes. I take that to mean he didn't know that much about it.
He told me about how he was in talks to promote OD but it didn't work out.
Sounded like the only thing he is spending quality time on is Q4 since he does those shootouts.
