There are more and more people complaing about not finding the old CPL demos due to the fact that the site http://demos.thecpl.com (http://demos.thecpl.com) is not available anymore.
I found out that the whole CPL stuff is still available (ftp://ftp.thecpl.com/extreme/demos/World_Tour/).
Enjoy! Atm I'm doing a backup of the whole CPL ftp server.

Hmm, I think the FTP also didn't work not long ago when I retried. It's good to know it works again. Anyway I've also made a backup from it, more than a year ago, it costed a few DVDs... :D The problem is that they are just crappy demos. I don't even know who I'm watching when I'm playing it back. I rather prefer videos, but there were just a few ones. Also there were some on TSN's page, but that changed recently and last time when I checked it, the "TSN/CPL Stuff" still was under construction...

I HATE this site. There was a time when I checked that page(s) every day, and I'm not surprised at all that the "under construction" message hasn't changed yet OMG...

I have to agree. I don't know why they changed it anyway, too bad. I only used to watch the PK-videos on TSN from time-to-time. Now those became unaccessable. And the new site even doesn't work here anymore, my IE is too old for that: "This site may not display corectly..." - yes, correctly misspelled and then I get an empty blank screen... :D

i watched alot of these "demos" back in the days, but once you have seen the real working demos from 1.35 you might ask yourself "how can a professional developer team f*ck it up so badly" :(
