Playing as Australia I found out that all the research time I spent on satalites was wasted, as you cannot buy or construct any satalites from USA or other countries. Does this dissadvantage my side in combate, maybe. Would it be possible to be able to purchase an old satalite from an ally, so that you can at least begin proper design of your own satalite, OR once you get to a certain generation level the program then allows you to build satalites. If you can not get access to building satalites then you should be able to completely cut off research money to this area.
