I have just purchased your great game and have been playing for a few days when all of the sudden WAM! I have been caught by a bug!
In the beginning of the level where your instructed to infiltrate the P.O.W camp ..Just after making my way down the path on the canyon floor ( when you first meet the injured allied Captain). I accidently alerted the enemy and of course they sheded me. But, ..When the game relaoded my quicksave(right next to the dying Captain) The alarm is already sounding and an invisible helicopter begins peppering me with rounds!?! I asume it's a helcopter because no one else is around and the helicopter makes a distinct sound as it hovers above you.
I have tried many things to fix this with no luck. The helicopter even follows me all the way back into the tunnel and onto the previus map! (shooting me in the *** all the way..even through the mountain side mid tunnel. I've tried relaoding to the autosave, deleting temp files, and everthing else I could think of HELP. I have no prior saves besides the two ( Quick and Auto )
Do I really have to start the game all over again? Will this BUG happen again? Have you had folks describe this problem before? Do you have any patches to remedy such a thing?..Please help me.
