A real glitch

I am over level 60..and am a character from Greece. I first finished the Greek World quests, then the Norwegian, then the Aztec. During the 4th World Egyption quests, my system crashed and all of my inventory disappeared. I Contacted YOUR TECH for support, but before receiving a reply, I continued with the game and resupplied my character. All seemed to be going well until I had the confrontation with Anubis. My character died almost immediatly after I disposed of Anubis. I regenerated outside of his lair and upon reentering found all of his minions gone, the Anubis bag of Loot, gone, and a message flashing that the quest has been completed, and Return to Isis. When I returned to Isis, She opens the portals with the quest to find Seth... All of the Egypt quests show finish, However, all of the other 3 world finished quests are gone.
In the Transport Tab, all of the Worlds and areas of major quest entry points that were completed are still available. However, when restarting the game the only available button is MORTAL, NO HERO... When I proceed and take any quest, in any world, (except the Egyption which is not available because all quests show finished,) The quest marker or quest subject disappears, or don"t communicate, and there is no quest available. (EX..The Knome Castle is empty and the quest item is not there.. The same with the Wolf Meat to feed the Village)
I never defeated Seth at the end of the Mortal quest Worlds...
Is it possible to retrieve my previous game, just before entering the Anubis Lair????
Also, When we bought the game in Dec. the patch was available, and I installed it right after the install. I reinstalled the patch 2 days ago, just to insure that we were running the right version.
So, please respond. I really do not want to have to restart, and reestablish a new character. I am hoping that there is a simple entry command to bypass these issues.

You can reset the quest statuses and restart with same char, though not sure if you can do this in SP portion??? You can always play in mp it is primarily the same game as SP. though it'd still be annoying to redo all quest... The game itself doesn't seem to like people dieing near a boss, I've had to reset quests for this myself and I only fought two bosses. (I shelved game for now it is too buggy, poorly balanced, and too little gain for killing)
