Right on the box it says "Windows 98/ME/XP". Why does BAII not work with XP? I bought another software title that did not initially work with XP, but I was able to go to the manufacturer's website and download a patch and PRESTO it worked! Why can't Dream Catcher write a patch? I dunno...feel like I spent my money for something that claimed to work on my operating system but does not. Yeah, per Dream Catcher's recommendation, I tried various combinations of video and audio acceleration reduction...nothing worked...I also tried running the game in all available compatibility modes but still no luck...video and audio drivers?...my computer is less than one month old. Any chance of a refund? Can't take it back to the place where I bought it because (obviously) it has already been opened. If D.C. has any sense of standing behind what they sell, they need to either write a patch to fix this or stop marketing BAII (and whatever other games have similar problems) as XP compatible.
