It is very sad when you can not even get answers from the people that are suppose to answer your questions about their products that you have paid good hard earned money.Therefore I for one will nolonger allow my child or anyone else within my household to purchase anything from anyone involved with games production.I shall also contact the B.B.B. upon the matter including the fact that they CD Keys sent with so many copys of this product are invalid and therefore unusable.I am truly appalled at the lack of attention or concern from this company towards its consumer.
