help with chapter 2

Can someone help me, I'm stuck in chapter 2 I have used the door stopper in the door and the glass in the car and I have the shredded paper and the paper out side. I have talk to everyone and I have call everyone so what am I missing.:confused:

Go into Samuel's office and put the piece of paper (the one you picked up outside) on his desk. Then go outside to see what happens.
