Hey, every time I try to exit from the hospital computer screen, my game freezes. How can I make this stop happening?

I have the same problem. I have tried downloading different patches to no avail. I am operating on a Windows Vista, and have tried operating on a Windows XP compatibility, also to no avail. I have to ctrl/alt/del to get out of the game. Anybody have ANYTHING for this? Thanks in advance. ;)

Try saving your game before you click the computer.

The same thing happens to me and ive downloaded the patch but it still does it and ive tried the saving thing, but it doesnt work either... so if anyone has any ideas please tell me

:mad: i have the same problem and i have also tried the saving thing but none of it works!!!! i have had trouble with freezing before in the game and i have gotten past the computer earlier but i for got to save my game and i have to start on the hospital floor where richard is again!!!!!!

okay so i think that i might have something that will help you it helped me i typed in the right user name and password got my info clicked the right button and got back to the log in screen and i typer in the wrong stuff and my computer stopped freezing!!!!!!!

the same thing happened 2 me and i don't know what 2 do i tried the patch but that did not work HELP
